I need to be able to use one email account on multiple stores i am hold different roles.

Hello,

In Loyverse you can create multiple stores under one account. Each store will be able to manage different inventory, prices, and products. You can check the process in the help article: How to Create and Manage Multiple Stores under One Account

Regarding roles, this feature belongs to the Employee Management subscription. With it you will be able to manage the access rights that each Role will have in your account, either to use only the POS or to manage the Back Office partially.
