Is it possible to calculate the earnings based on stock?

Hello, I have a bar where my employees are in charge of charging the clients. Until now I control that they don't steal money by counting the current stock and the stock from yesterday so I see how much the earnings should have been depending on the difference of stock. I do this manually and I was wondering if this can be done somehow with loyverse. If not, it'd be a very cool feature.

If you would like to see the potential profit based on the stock you have/had in different days, you can see it in the INVENTORY VALUATION report:

In the SALES BY ITEM report you can check the number of sold items within a day or in another period of time:

Also, to make sure that your employees did not steal the money/products, you can restrict their access rights to not allow them to see the EXPECTED CASH AMOUNT when they close their daily shift:
