DopamineDivas Posted October 27, 2024 Posted October 27, 2024 I've set everything up on my POS to accept payment through SumUp, however when I take a payment that way, tap to pay is not showing, whereas if I use the SumUp app, it does. This is my preferred way of accepting payments, so its a bit of a pain if for some reason Loyverse doesn't allow it. I can't find anything with regards to tap to pay specifically. Please can anyone help?

LSO Posted May 27 Posted May 27 (edited) +1 for this, it is crucial to streamline payments for Loyverse. It's been almost an year without any updates on this. Is the issue on Loyverse side or SumUp restriction? Bluetooth terminals are slow and sometimes unresponsive, tap to pay would be so much better experience. Please be aware that we receive many suggestions from users, and implementing them takes time therefore, we cannot make any promises. We carefully record every piece of feedback and review it to ensure that as many of our users as possible can potentially benefit from this implementation.

That's great, how do you estimate these number of users? Based on active SumUp activations or this forum post? I'm 99.99% sure all your SumUp users need this, not to mention any Loyverse user who's looking for a smooth card processing would love it. It's a unique selling point for Loyverse and should be consider as high priority. Otherwise, we may just start using SumUp as our mobile POS?
