El-Cortijo Posted September 2 Share Posted September 2 We have an intermittent problem printing to our till printer. Sometimes when printing a receipt from the till tablet, there will be an extremely long delay (up to ten minutes) and the printer will stall as if only receiving 1 byte of data a second or something. Sometimes the receipt will complete correctly, and sometimes it'll print nonsense text on a long sheet (attached). We have the printers connected via ethernet with static IP addresses. The Android (Samsung) tablet is connected to the same network via wifi and in the same IP Address Range. Due to the intermittent nature of this I'm aware it can be a nightmare to diagnose, but if someone else has had similar I'd love to hear your ideas. If the printer is printing weird symbols on the receipts, you can try to change a PRINT MODE in the Advanced printer settings in the Loyverse POS App: --- Please note: Using the 'Text' print mode does not allow the printing of the Logo on the receipts.
