Order number hidden by tab grabber

I have contacted support already about this as couldn’t find anyone with the same problem, but the order number on the tickets is completely blocked by a tab grabber as its too high, how has anyone else got round this problem, as support can’t help?

One solution would be to increase the top margin, but I don’t have any advanced settings for my printer (star mcprint3).
