Loyverse help@loyverse.com not replying after 3 days of sending email

I have wrote 3 emails to help@loyverse.com and did not receive any reply! My enquiry is I have recently encountered app duplicating same order but different receipt number, the printer will print both order tickets and receipts of same in 2 copies but with different ticket invoice numbers.

 

One of the ticket, the loyverse system will auto cancelled without any staff doing it. It has been reflected on the backoffice. So may I know if loyverse system is having a fault as recently this has happened few times .

I hope my feedback is useful to Loyverse, but unfortunately loyverse support team has disappointed me as did not reply accordingly!
