star mpop connection

I can connect star mpop to Bluetooth but the Loyverse app can’t detect the printer

I’m using iPad Air 2024 and iPhone 14

Could you check if Loyverse POS app is allowed to access Bluetooth in the Settings?

Could you send me a screenshot of the Settings -> Bluetooth to confirm that mPOP is connected to the iPhone itself?
