Is it possible to have a negative amount on the total

Hello,

Hello, we need to encode negative amounts because in the events we organize, and this is happening more frequently, there is a deposit for the glasses.

Therefore, it is possible that at the end of an event, people return glasses without consuming or purchasing anything, resulting in a negative total.

However, this seems impossible to achieve. Even if we apply discounts, for example, of 10 euros, the total remains at 0.

Is there a solution for this?

In this case, you can try the workaround using the REFUND feature:

Please create an item for the cup/bottle deposit. Add the item when needed while making sales.

When the bottle is returned, find the receipt by the date/time, the customer name, or the receipt number and proceed with the refund.

Hello, Thanks for the info, but this isn't possible in the reality... because this is the national day, with many people, and many others... with the same glasses etc... then a people can return 10 glasses, and take back only one... or none... and the glasses can become from another shop...
