Zettle reader 2 drop outs with Android

We have 2 android tablets from different manufacturers but both are having the same issue. 

The range from the tablet to the reader seems very low. With the reader only a small distance away the reader does not connect or transactions fail. 

Using the reader with iPhone seams OK.

Hello,

Have you tried contacting Zettle customer support?

We also recommend making sure that your Android devices are using the latest version of the Loyverse POS app, v.2.39.

We have not contacted Zettle yet but as I said on the same site we use the same readers with an iPhone and no issues.

I do have an iPad so i'm going to try it with that and see if I get the same problems.
