Wooders Posted May 28 Share Posted May 28 We have 2 android tablets from different manufacturers but both are having the same issue. The range from the tablet to the reader seems very low. We also recommend making sure that your Android devices are using the latest version of the Loyverse POS app, v.2.39. Wooders Posted May 29 Author Share Posted May 29 Thanks Shinjin We have not contacted Zettle yet but as I said on the same site we use the same readers with an iPhone and no issues.
