robbiekennedyelliott Posted April 26, 2024 Posted April 26, 2024 Hi, We use two POS devices in our shop and normally when we close a shift or shifts we can see both in the back office ( POS 1 & POS 2 ) but for some reason we can only see one and the shift is closed and also the sales summery shoes both.. any advice

If the closed shifts are not showing in the Back Office, it may mean that there was a delay in the syncing of these reports to your account. Additionally, please try to refresh your browser as well as log-out and log-in to the account again. This could help.
