100% on loyalty percentage

The system won't let me make the loyalty percentage 100%, the highest is 99.99.  Is it possible to have the loyalty points be 1 point earned for every $1.00 spend? If not PLEASE make this an option!

With how the loyalty points work why would you want this? Until they make points useable in a way other than “cash discount” 100% loyalty means if I spent $100 at your store, then next time I come in, I can get $100 off my purchase…
