milivanili
I have two printers, one in the bar and one in the kitchen. There are four waiters, each with a cell phone, placing orders in the dining room, terrace, bar, etc. If at any time, two or more waiters send the order to be printed at the same time, only ONE is printed, the waiter does not know if his order has appeared on the printer. What solution is there here?
Yasuaki
Hello @milivanili In general, it is possible to print orders in one printer from two POS. If one of the orders is not printed, it may be caused by a hardware limitation. Therefore, the solution would be getting the latest & high-spec Wi-Fi router and phones. (Though, we cannot test all types of Wi-Fi routers. Thus, I cannot give 100% guarantee that it will solve the problem.)
