I have these boxes to the left of all my prices. Not sure if its the printer I'm using or something I can do in Loyverse to fix it.

Hello. What is the model of your printer? Does your printer connect to an Android or iOS device? What is the connection interface (USB, Bluetooth or Ethernet/WiFi)?

Connection: Android

Connection Interface: Bluetooth

Hello,

We recommend using receipt printers from the list of supported printers.

Only the printers listed in the List of Supported Printers have been tested to work with the program.

If you already have another model of the receipt printer, you can try to connect it to:

Loyverse POS on Android

While testing other models, you can try choosing different combinations of options: select text or graphic mode, different paper width, etc.
