How to setup font size for single order print out

the header was too wide and for each single order should be repeat all order number on top of each item instead, but it did not . hard to set this print out

Below print out and printer setup in Loyverse. i need to print single item to stick at each cup but its seem can not as in the size of each item was so big and can not consistently in 1 size. Can help in this?

Me too same problem the receipt is too wide . I have xprinter brand

So, is the issue that your printer doesn't have a cutter function?
If a printer has a cutter function, it will cut the paper between each item.

I'm not sure if I could catch your question about the size. Could you explain more?

Please try selecting "58mm" paper width if your paper width is 58mm.

Hey @Yasuaki i am using 58mm , my printer do have cutter function, but now i'm using sticker instead of normal thermal paper. so i wan the item description to fit in a specific length of sticker eg : 58mm x 45mm, may i know how should i do?

Hello there,

The option appears only when you choose "Other model".

It will change font size and fit it on a label.

Hello! I'm using goojprt PT 220 & JP58B, the print how do I adjust the font size? I don't think mine is adapting on the sticker size (40x30mm) just like what is being shown on the video. And if I were to use size 58mm paper, the font is too large.
