After I open the ticket 1, I select the items required and press the 'Save button' then I reselect the same item. When I open the ticket 1, and the same items are not combined in a single line. Georg Posted November 21, 2023 Share Posted November 21, 2023 Hello, Aung Naing Thu This is how it works: If you add an item "A" to the ticket, then add an item "B" and then add an item "A" again, in the electronic ticket it will be shown this way: item "A" item "B" item "A" But on the printed paper receipt all items "A" will be combined into one line.
