how to turn off automatic confirmation screen

Hello everyone,

We run a theater cafe with many transactions in a short time (100 transaction within 30 minutes, 3 times a night).

How can we get rid of the confirmation screen after every transaction (photo in attachment)?
ressing the green 'NEW SALE' button is an extra action, we do not need.

We would love to end after every transaction back to our main display (with all the products).
