Hello

No, a subscription is not necessary to synchronise data. 

- Please, make sure you have the internet connection on your POS device.
- Make sure you use the same email address to log in to the Loyverse POS App and the back office.
- Make sure the power-saving or data-saving mode is turned off, on your POS device.
- Make sure the date, time and time zone are the same on your POS device and on your PC which you use to log in to the back office.
- Make sure you did not delete/reinstall the Loyverse POS App on your POS device before the sales data was synced.
- Make sure you did not sign out from the Loyverse POS App before the data was synced with the back office.
