How to configure printer to show more than 4 tickets on KDS?

We are using ipads - for both POS and KDS but are stuck with only 4 tickets/orders showing up on the kitchen display screen. Does anyone know how to change it so that we have 8 tickets showing at anyone time? thank you!

It is not possible to display more than 4 orders on the Kitchen Display Screen.

Is this still the case? Are we able to scroll to view more tickets? Many of us work with multiple small orders and the ability to see what is coming down the line is important. We are away from station atm and cannot test ourselves.

You can scroll the list to the right-left to see all the orders you currently have on the KDS:

Just wondering - Is this feature being worked on at all by any chance? It is my only issue with Loyverse since I started using it in 2019. I would really love a way to be able to increase the number of orders shown at a time on the KDS and would pay extra for it.
