How to have 6% vat for take away and 12% for eat in ?

This can be done. I will show you an example of how to create a vat of 6% for TAKEAWAY.

First, make sure that you have the dining option enabled in your Back Office. Go to settings-->features-->dining options.

You can then create the option of "TAKE AWAY" in the Dining option section of the settings in your Back Office.

Now, in the settings of your Back Office, go to taxes, where you can create the tax:

When creating the taxes, input the name, the percentage, and the type of tax: included or added to the price. Select the option of applying the tax to all new and existing items.

 

 And then activate the option called "tax application depends on dining option", and go to the box named "When dining option is"

 

 

Now you have to select the dining options for whom the tax WILL NOT be applied. So, if you want to apply the tax for takeaway, DO NOT select it in this section:

If you want, you can select items to whom the tax won be applied. Afterward, save the changes.

Now, when you select the dining option of takeaway, the tax will be automatically applied.
