Can’t get SumUp to work on additional device

it won’t let me log into allow SumUp. It sends me to the back office and SumUp and cash are both there 

 

I’m obviously missing something but I can’t see what

Do you mean to say that when you tap the ‘Sumup’ button shown below, you are sent to the Back Office?

Could you please try to disconnect your SumUp account, delete the payment type, and then try to add it again?
