Can’t get SumUp to work on additional device

I’m obviously missing something but I can’t see what

Do you mean to say that when you tap the ‘Sumup’ button shown below, you are sent to the Back Office?


Could you please try to disconnect your SumUp account, delete the payment type, and then try to add it again?
