I can't connect a kitchen printer as it has the same IP Address as the main Printer. How can I solve this?

Both of my printers are the same make and model. When I try to add the kitchen printer it gives me an error message saying that this ip address is already in use. I have tried changing the IP address of 1 printer, but it changed both of them. Any help would be MUCH appreciated!

Mostly a pos printer comes with a cd. The sofware to change the ip of the printer is on it with the name printer tools or something like that, if not then you can download it on the site of the brand.
