Hi, if you want to keep good relations with friends and relatives, better do not involve them in the business. Espessially in the begining. Otherwise if they would fault then you have not any power fire them. (brcause friend, because it is relative). And if you fire them then you wouldn't friend anymore :( Better try to hire people from the street.
