Employee Subscription

We are a small sports club (cricket) and our bar is only open 6 months of the year.  Can we subscribe to the employee management for the 6 months we are open and the suspend the subscription for the 6 months we are closed?  When we open again the following year and re-start our employee management subscription will our employee list still be there?

To answer your first question: if you only need to use the subscription for 6 months, you can activate the add-on when you need it and then unsubscribe at any time. 

To your second question: when you subscribe again to the service, however, you will need to create the employee list again. Even if the employee's name is the same, they will be recognized as different employees.
