DivasCabaret Posted March 15, 2023 Share Posted March 15, 2023 We have been using Loyverse for several years, and always have had an issue with printers dropping out of the system. Bought a new a NITA EK1 receipt printer which showed a LOYVERSE logo on the Lazada website [Its the asian Amazon]. When we try to connect either via wifi or via ethernet we encounter the same issues. The printer connects to Wi-Fi and Lan, and print test is ok, but when testing from an iPad where the LOyverse app is installed it prints the order and then a long blank page [approx 25cm long] and then the error signal.
