BBD
Hi, We're trying out Loyverse in a bar setting (with many quick small orders). After our experiments we've concluded that it mostly works great, but we're struggling with the connection to our payment terminals. The SumUp Air terminals go to sleep after a little while when they're not being used. Reconnecting and waking them up once we click the (pay with) "cards" button takes quite a while (too long to be usable). I noticed that the SumUp SDK mentions a prepare method that already connects to and wakes up the device: https://github.com/sumup/sumup-ios-sdk#prepare-the-sumup-card-terminal-in-advance Maybe it would be possible to call this method immediately once a user adds the first product to the order? It's likely that a terminal will be used soon after and this would greatly improve the user experience.

ByfleetBowlsClub
We have the same problem with Loyvers on Android POS. To get around this problem we have to use the Sumup app to run a payment transaction, to reconnect the device, then cancel the transaction, then go back in to the Loyverse app. Crazy. The Loyverse software needs to use the same process as the Sumup app to connect to the device and it seems they do this "prepare" before the transation. Loyverse should do the same.
