Accidentally deleted manager profile that i have already paid for for the year.

Good afternoon, 

I accidentally deleted the manager profile I have set up however I have pre paid for the year and now cannot re add the account so it appears I have lost the money I have paid for the year please can someone let me know how to re add without having to pay again? 

I cannot find any contact details to contact loyverse and the live chat does not seem to be working for me.

Thank you. 

I re- added and although it asked me to pay it automatically used the credits so all fine now. thank you.
