That's automatically use the maximum of points for pay the bill and cannot change with the keyboard... Maybe it's a bug ? Or have a solution? But I try on different devices and same problem. Solution Georg Posted December 5, 2022 Solution Share Posted December 5, 2022 Hello Yes, by default, the system propose you use the maximum value of customer's earned loyalty points for a discount based on the Total of the receipt.
