Is it possible to change credit card to cash

Is there a way to change  credit card payment to cash payment after sale is completed? When the customer changed their mind and say oh never mind can I pay you cash instead. What are my options to resolve this quickly. Instead of voiding the receipt and creating a new one

In this case, you need to refund a receipt and create a new one. The stock of the refunded items will be increased by the quantity that has been refunded. This is the only possible way in this situation.
