Solution HUG Posted October 1, 2022 Solution Share Posted October 1, 2022 (edited) I wanted to change my business name to something else, so I went to back office and was able to do it, but the problem is the business name isn’t changed on POS app even though it has successfully been changed on the back office. Shinjin Posted October 4, 2022 Share Posted October 4, 2022 Hello, The name that you see on the POS app is the store name not business name. If you wish to change the name that is being displayed on the POS app, you can change it in the Back Office --> Settings --> Stores page by opening the store, editing the name, and then saving the changes. Sometimes, in order for this change to reflect in POS, you might need to sign out/sign in.
