Editing tax rate of previous reports? (due to mistake)

Long story short, I made some errors on the VAT rate on the items. And now I realize what a huge mistake that is, as despite the fact that I paid the correct amount to the tax office, if the correct amount is not written on my shift reports I will be fined heavily by the tax report.

Luckily, as the bar is new, and a very low budget dive bar where people pay each drink one by one, no one has actually ever asked for a receipt so far. So all I need to do it edit the previous reports. But how can I do this? Is there any way at all? 

Just to be clear, I'm not trying to cheat anything, I paid the correct amount to the tax office, just the reports were incorrect...

Hello. Unfortunately, it is not possible to correct the previous sales at all. It is made to avoid manipulation or cheating.
