Pop up ads on Loyverse POS

Hello,

I purchased the Loyverse POS package, tablet, printer, register and while setting it up I keep getting pop up ads every 5 minutes. I have not installed any other apps on the tablet I was provided. 

Is there a way to stop the ads on this app or do I just have to deal with it. I was going to start paying for the subscriptions but I'm having second thoughts now.

Hello. Loyverse POS is Ads free application. Please clarify from which apps market you install Loyverse POS? Note,  that often some Android devices shows advertising.
