Cannot sig-in in the POS App

Hi, today I reseted (factory reset) my device (Apple) without sign off in the Loyverse POS app previously.

Now, reconfiguring and installing again the app , cannot sign-in  for this cause.

Can you help me with this issue / fix / force my logout ? 

My account is “CORNLAND.cumbres1@gmail.com”

After creating new POS, if you want, delete the old POS that is not accessible.
