CORNLAND Posted May 30, 2022 Posted May 30, 2022 Hi, today I reseted (factory reset) my device (Apple) without sign off in the Loyverse POS app previously. Now, reconfiguring and installing again the app , cannot sign-in for this cause. Can you help me with this issue / fix / force my logout ? My account is “CORNLAND.cumbres1@gmail.com” thank you.
Shinji Posted May 30, 2022 Posted May 30, 2022 Hello! In these kinds of cases, we recommend that you can create a new POS instead to use and log in as in that device. To create a new POS, you can follow this link provided: https://help.loyverse.com/help/how-create-activate-and-delete-pos Note: creating POS is free and there are no hidden fees or charges attached to it. 1
