Check whether the sale is synchronized or not. : You can check it on the receipt list in the POS app. And note that, Unless the sales have been synchronized before you sign out from the POS app, you will lose corresponding sale data that are not synchronized. + If you are (tiral / paid) user of Advance Inventory: In the Back office, go to the 'Inventory Management' --> 'Inventory History' There, you can find when, why, by whom the change made Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
