BIF Posted May 18, 2022 Posted May 18, 2022 I have experienced few times that Loyverse did not deduct from stock the item that had been sold. Why is this happening?

Check whether the sale is synchronized or not. : You can check it on the receipt list in the POS app. And note that, Unless the sales have been synchronized before you sign out from the POS app, you will lose corresponding sale data that are not synchronized. + If you are (tiral / paid) user of Advance Inventory: In the Back office, go to the 'Inventory Management' --> 'Inventory History' There, you can find when, why, by whom the change made
