SveKus
Will it be possible to add a deposit function? You sell a drink with a glass deposit - if the customer brings the glass back, the deposit has to be booked out again - i.e. as a minus sale. CashRegisterGroup
although not a perfect solution - you could set it up as a product, sell it as you suggest in the first instance, refil during the day/night - then customer brings original receipt back and you refund it. not perfect but would work in current version of loyverse
SveKus
Thanks for the answer. If around 500 drinks are sold with a glass deposit at a street festival on one evening, where some of the glasses are returned but can also be exchanged - the solution is not practical. There would have to be a minus function with which you can put an item in the minus when it is sold.
CashRegisterGroup
surely if you sell a glass for £1 desposit - them bringing back glass A and changing to glass B isnt that relevant. they still have a glass and have paid £1. unless some drinks are in glasses and some not? when they want their £1 back at the end of the night - they bring back the original receipt - go to 'receipts' search the receipt number, click refund and select the glass only and refund it. this would then tell you how many you have sold, how many have been refunded. granted have the ability to have a negative priced item would avoid the need to look up the original transaction and allow an 'exchange' but currently thats not possible currently.
