Imin D4-503 cash drawer not opening

on the latest version of the imin D4-503 the standard setup of setting up the printer as bluetooth works as normal - however the cash drawer has stopped triggering.  the cash drawer can be triggered and works fine from the diagnosis tool from the imin settings (also within the new UI there is a setting in here to trigger the drawer after a print - while this works, it means that 'open cash drawer' doesnt open the drawer, nor does a cash sale when auto printing isnt active) 

all updates have been applied to the terminal. 

using an external USB printers works fine and kicks the drawer. 

previous terminals of the d4-503 have not had an issue. we've tested 3 of the latest batch with the same issue (of not triggering the drawer)

 

is there any drawer ESC/POS commands we can try?

managed to find a fix for this

in the advanced settings of the printer, you will want to set the value of Drawer ESC/POS commands to the following value: 10,14,00,00,00. It will automatically input the commas, so you just need to enter the numbers.
