Hello
Did your employee send an order to the kitchen when create this ticket? If so, you can check if the items in the kitchen order were paid or not.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to retrieve voided ticket in the POS App.
But, if it was saved as an open ticket, you can restrict employee's access to edit/delete saved open tickets:
