I can add customers to loyalty program and edit points, but need to reboot POS before changes show. Have I missed something?

As it says - I add customers to loyalty scheme and give them points in return for winning a weekly pub quiz. It all works in back office, but the updated info doesn't appear in the EPOS system until I reboot it. Is this normal  or did I miss something?

Hello

It should be synchronised automatically if you have a stable internet connection on your POS devices, using the latest version of the Loyverse POS App and do not use any power/data-saving modes/apps on your devices. Also, the minimum requirements to use Loyverse POS on your devices are Android 5 or later and iOS 11 or later.

I had a similar issue with points and price changes that they weren’t updated till the Android was rebooted, have upgraded Androids with new Sumni ones and they update straight away now
