Is there a way to apply a discount to the gross total of a bill?

Hello,

Is there a way to apply a discount to the gross total of a bill?

 

for example, I have a 13% tax where I live.

so a $10 sale comes out to $11.3 after tax.

I want to apply a $5 discount to that amount so the total should be $6.30

instead; when I apply a $5 discount it removes it from the subtotal. So the Gross now comes out to $5.65

 

any way to fix this?
