I have tries adding the printer to the tablet we use, printer we use has been removed, old tablet works fine, help

Hello. What is the model of your printer? Through which port do you try to connect it (Ethernet, Bluetooth, or USB)? Do you use an Android tablet?

Problem has been fixed, it was a problem with the Bluetooth connectivity, not the printer
