I am wondering if there is any limitation on number of transactions / number of customers stored in the system for the free plan?

Hi, I have just started using this. I am wondering if there is any limitation on number of transactions / number of customers stored in the system for the free plan? I know it never states anywhere but I just want to clarify.

Also while I am trying out the loyalty points feature, I can't help but notice if a customer redeem their points, that particular transaction will also earn them points. is this normal?

Hello!
In Loyverse POS system no limitation for transactions and no limitation for customer base even in free package. 

Also when customer redeem points for discount the new points will be applied to the amount in receipt without this discount.
