POS says it’s unpaired from theLoyverse CDS so I click pair and it says that Device is already connected. How do I rectify this?

I paired my CDS absolutely fine when I setup the device, I have come to start using it and the POS says it’s unpaired from the  Loyverse CDS so I click pair and it says that Device is already connected.  How do I rectify this?

Hello. Please, check the connection of both mobile devices (with POS and with CDS) to the same WiFi network.
