3DS verification via SMS does not come.

Dear all, can anyone help me. i have been trying to create my credit card payment for the integration to Quikbooks. But the sms sent was never received on my phone. 
 

I have tried it with several credit cards. All same results. The authentication sms did not trigger to me to my mobile.

 

Can anyone help?
