Hello, 

If you want the item to appear only once on the ticket with the total quantity ordered, you need to tap on the name of this item as many times as the quantity ordered and not tap any other item in between. 
After you place the order for one item, you can continue adding the other items to the ticket. 
If you have created the order and saved it as an open ticket and want to edit the quantity of any item, you need to delete the item from the ticket and add it again with the correct quantity.
