Closed tickets with wrong payment type

Hi,

I know that I saw some post about this, but I spent half day looking for it with no success.

I closed one ticket with the wrong payment type. Didn´t find any way to correct or delete the sales. For me doesn´t matter if I correct or delete that sales to re-make it.

That is anyway to do any of that?

Hello Thiago. 

It is not possible to edit a closed receipt. What you can do is cancel the receipt with the wrong payment type and enter it again. 

You can cancel receipts in your account in the Back Office. 

When you cancel a receipt, it will not be accounted for in the reports, and all items will be returned to stock.

After you cancel the receipt, you can enter it again with the correct information about payment type. 

To enter sales with previous dates, please follow the guide below:

  1. Make sure you're in online mode, then Log out of the app.
  2. Change the time and date settings on your device (to enter sales from the 25th of August, change to 25/08).
  3. After doing this, log in again and you can enter sales for the specified days.
  4. Then log out from the app again and change back the date and time on your device.
  5. Finally, log in to the app for the last time and continue enjoying Loyverse.
