Can I use credits for another account?

Hello there,

I wanna reset my data in my loyverse account, because all data was just for trying the system. I know it done only by deleting the account.

My concern is about the subscription I paid for my employee. Do I still have my subscription after deleting the account so I can continue with it when I resign up with the same email?

Hello! We can transfer funds for unused period to your new account. But this will not be done automatically, even if you use the same email address for the new account. Please follow the next steps:

1. Unsubscribe from your subscription. You will receive credits for unused period. 

2. Delete existing account, create new account

3. Send request transfer credits to new account at help@loyverse.com.

It’s late I’m tired and accidentally subscribed for the year!  and paid on the wrong (old) account payment has already been taken. I’ve unsubscribed unsure if I will get full refund as not used. So I can move payment to correct account
