AhmedAbughrara Posted February 2, 2021 Share Posted February 2, 2021 Hello if a customer wants to cancel an order which already was sent to the kitchen via KDS , we issue a refund of the reciept but the kitchen ticket is not voide or cancelled , how to solve this so we can inform the kitchen to stop completing this order?
