Physical Kitchen Printer and KDS on iPad at the same time?

Hi there,

I would like to continue printing physical tickets for the chef, but also use the KDS on my iPad to monitor the orders?

Is this possible please?

I don't think you can?

Categories can only be assigned to one printer group, therefore only allowing one printer to work. KDS and printer's are seen as the same thing by Loyverse so I only have the choice of either viewing them on my iPad (i.e not printing) or having them printed (but then nothing shows on the KDS ipad?)

Unless I'm doing something wrong?

When setting kitchen printer and KDS at the POS, you can select the same Printer groups. 

In this case, your printer and KDS will print or show the same tickets.
