Discounts do not appear in All Item list

  I have already created two discounts but it doesn't show up. I would like to type a certain amount discount every time as I might offer different discount. How to enable it?

Are you perhaps trying to apply an amount discount to certain items? because amount discounts can only be applied to the whole ticket from the "all items" drop down list

How do I make the discounts appear in the all items list similar to what is shown here:
 

For me to add discounts, I have to select the discounts on the category first. I want to make it available on the all items list if possible like how it is done on the video

Do you mean that they appear in the sales screen as shown below?

 

This outlay is only available for iPads and Android Tablets devices, it is not possible with mobile devices. However, you can get a simpler grid view on your mobile device

Amount Discounts do not appear on iPhone and iPad. I can't search the name VC05, VC15....that I have created before.

However, it appear clearly on Android devices as the pictures below.

Is there any display errors on iOS devices or we have to set up something to see the Amount Discounts ?

Hello. Just type the same, as you type in the Android device: VC0. Becouse your discount name folows patern VC01, if you type VC1, there is not such discount.
