Why barcode not scanned by the camera of iPad? What could be the reason?

I see the mirror reflection of the barcode, but the scanner can recognize it in the reflection state.

I think your camera can't recognize this barcode because it is not the clear picture. Maybe ambient light is not enough for the camera, or maybe the barcode print is not clear. Try to add more light to the room and test scan again.

I'm having issues on an IOS device where the images for the barcode are not scanning and are reversed is there any thing I can do to solve this problem

We had the same issue and more light resolved the issue

I install Loyverse Pos in a tablet. but I cannot see the built-in camera icon for scanning.

First, you have to activate the option ‘Use the camera to scan barcodes’ on Loyverse POS app (Android, iOS) in the General Settings.
